This is a privately owned, doctor-led specialist office – NOT a DSO. You will step into an established referral base with a great support team already in place, so you can focus on doing excellent clinical work from day one. Quality is the priority here. The practice values the relationships built with its referral network and is committed to maintaining them through consistent, high-quality care.

• Compensation: Negotiable percentage of production with a daily minimum guarantee of $1,200 to $1,500
• Earning potential: $320,000 to $400,000
• Growth path: For the right candidate, growth into equity or partnership is on the table
• Schedule: 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday
• Patient flow: 8 to 12 patients daily
• Support: 6 dedicated operatories and 2 dedicated assistants
• Technology: Full-scope periodontal equipment
