Salary: $320,000 - $400,000 per year

This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated Neonatologist to join our dynamic team in the healthcare industry. As a Permanent Neonatologist, you will be at the forefront of neonatal care and research, working with a team of highly skilled professionals committed to providing the best possible care for newborns and their families.
Responsibilities- Providing comprehensive medical care for newborns, particularly those born prematurely or with complications. This includes diagnosing and treating newborns with conditions such as breathing disorders, infections, and birth defects.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including obstetricians, pediatricians, and nurses to provide coordinated care for newborns.
- Conducting clinical research to contribute to the advancement of neonatal medicine.
- Educating patients' families and caregivers about their newborn's condition and the care they require.
- Participating in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education activities to stay updated on the latest developments in neonatal care.
- Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
- Excellent clinical skills with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical research.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to patients' families and caregivers.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
