• Assists in writing and editing social media posts, news releases, media advisories, and other project‑related materials.
• Performs preliminary research on assignments and gathers pertinent data.
• Assists in the creation of informational slides and other materials.
• Helps update internal/external websites as needed.
• Attends meetings and events as assigned.
• Maintains files/records/logs and performs other data entry tasks as needed.
• Performs routine word processing duties; edits and proofs own work.
• Runs errands as required.
• Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.

• Must be a student in high school or another educational institution, or accepted into a college, university, or educational institution.
• Must be at least 16 years of age, a student currently enrolled in high school or any institution of higher education, including trade/vocational schools.

• Preference for communications and website content management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• An eagerness to learn from experts across different fields.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Established skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience working with content management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment.

Light work: lift up to 20 lbs at a time and frequently lift or carry objects up to 10 lbs.
