Ready to champion student growth and make a lasting impact? Cross Country Education is seeking dynamic Special Education Teachers to support students with diverse learning needs in Odessa, TX during the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview:- Deliver specialized instruction and individualized support to students with diverse learning needs by adapting curriculum and teaching strategies to promote academic growth.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), using student data and assessments to track progress and guide instructional decisions.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and maintain effective communication regarding goals and progress.
- Utilize evidence-based practices, educational technology, and differentiated instruction to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Texas Special Education Certification with Generalist (K–8) endorsement
- Valid Texas Fingerprint Clearance Card (FAST)
- Experience supporting students with diverse academic, behavioral, cognitive, or developmental needs in a special education setting preferred
- Competitive Pay:
Earn $40.00 - $46.10 per hour
