We are looking for a talented Field Service Power Generation Technician to join our team specializing in Power Generation in Odessa, TX.

Responsibilities- Completing preventative maintenance and basic repair activities on generators or components at the customer site with minimal direction.
- Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Applying specialized tools and following documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete basic repairs, including preparing required parts and tools.
- Completing required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
- Completing training in line with skill and business requirements.
- Adhering to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reporting any issues or incidents to supervisors.
- Performing preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on power generation products in the field.
- Escalating unresolved issues to more experienced Field Service Technicians and/or supervisors.

- Apprentice Certified Power Generation/ Electrical Technician (Preferred).
- Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution.
- Current relevant electrical certification.
- Locally valid driving permit.
- Basic level field service work experience.
- Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with power generation products.
- High Voltage/ Low Voltage experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Must have Power Gen capabilities.
- Experience repairing and maintaining generators or similar mechanical/electrical equipment.
- Strong understanding of engine systems, electrical circuits, and control systems.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
