Turbine Technicians - 28/28 - Benefits Package - Odessa, TX

Kodiak Gas Services is seeking Turbine Technicians to join their team in Odessa, Texas. These technicians play a vital role in supporting mobilization, maintenance, and troubleshooting of turbine and large power generation assets. The ideal candidates are experienced with gas turbines and power generation equipment, and are comfortable working in remote and challenging environments on a rotational schedule.

• Technical school degree, trade certification, or equivalent hands‑on field experience
• Experience with gas turbines, reciprocating engines, or power generation equipment
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting
• Strong computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver’s License with a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company requirements
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work in demanding field conditions
• Ability to operate industrial tools and heavy equipment
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift at least 10lbs (occasionally over 50lbs), and work in confined spaces
• Ability to work in high‑noise environments and outdoors in extreme temperatures
