Field Service Power Generation Technician - Level II

We are looking for a talented Field Service Power Generation Technician to join our team specializing in Power Generation in Odessa, TX.

In this role, you will make an impact by performing preventative maintenance and conducting basic repairs on generators and components at customer sites with minimal direction, engaging customers professionally, using specialized tools and following documented procedures, documenting service activities, completing training, escalating issues, maintaining service vehicle and tools, and adhering to Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on generators and components at customer sites with minimal direction.
• Engage customers courteously and professionally, ensuring prompt and efficient attention to their needs.
• Use specialized tools and follow documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete repairs, preparing required parts and tools.
• Document service activities—including worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality documents—in handwritten forms or via business system input screens.
• Complete training aligned with skill and business requirements.
• Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced Field Service Technicians or supervisors.
• Maintain service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
• Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation, reporting any issues or incidents to site management and supervisors.
