* What You Will Do:

*** Develop technical proposals of how the organization's products and services can meet customer needs and be integrated and implemented with the customer's existing systems and equipment.
* Develop and deliver sales presentations and respond to technical questions regarding the organization's product, system, or service.
* Estimate the costs, resources, time, and technical requirements of modifying, configuring, and installing the organization's products and services to meet customer needs.
* Liaise with hardware, software, and systems design engineers to ensure that products and services are modified, configured, and installed according to customer needs.
* Respond to customer questions and troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during or after implementation.
* Train customers on the features of the product or service they have purchased.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
* 1 years of experience
* Visa sponsorship not offered for this position
* Expertise to provide technical advice during larger or difficult negotiations, or with customer who are of strategic importance to the organization.
* Interact politely and professionally with customers and /or coworkers
* Strong customer skills including the ability to explain and train.
* Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
* Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs
* Work in an unsupervised environment
* Read, write, and speak English fluently
* Use a computer to communicate, create, and access data
