You will work side by side with construction, supervision, and management teams, owning real project data and helping drive informed decisions on active builds.

If you are looking to deepen your field exposure, sharpen your technical project controls skills, and grow within an EPC environment, this role offers a strong foundation and clear upward trajectory.

What You Will Be Involved In:
  • Supporting the development, updating, and maintenance of the project master schedule using Primavera P6
  • Tracking schedule progress, identifying variances, and helping translate field performance into actionable insights
  • Assisting with productivity analysis, schedule updates, and impact evaluations tied directly to field conditions
  • Supporting cost, labor, and manpower forecasting
, with a strong understanding of how onsite performance drives project outcomes
  • Maintaining quantity tracking and progress reporting based on field input
  • Supporting payroll, cost, and project databases with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Assisting with proposal and preconstruction planning, including Level 1 schedules and manpower curves
  • Supporting QA/QC reviews and audit readiness
  • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for manpower, payroll, and safety reporting
  • Reviewing project documentation to identify potential schedule, cost, and execution risks
What the Team Is Looking For:
  • 3–4 years of project controls, scheduling, or cost experience
, preferably within Oil & Gas, industrial construction, power generation, or EPC environments
  • Field-based experience supporting active construction projects (Oil & Gas experience strongly preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and construction sequencing
  • Strong Excel skills;
Power BI experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both field and office teams
  • A desire to continue developing technical, analytical, and field-driven project controls expertise
Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
  • Fully onsite, field-based role with daily exposure to active construction operations
  • Direct involvement in Oil & Gas and large-scale energy EPC projects
  • Hands‑on experience across scheduling, cost, forecasting, and reporting
  • Clear development path into Project Controls Engineer, Scheduler, or Cost Specialist roles
