* Work in South Texas primarily with possible rotational schedule in West Texas. Schedule will be a 14/14 or 10/4.
* Collaborate closely with customer field representatives to effectively execute NOV Frac operations.
* Facilitate onboarding of NOV Frac products across all basins in the US.
* Provide field technical support to customers for NOV Frac products.
* Assist with development and implementation of new product offerings, i.e., gathering information, field implementation strategies, etc.
* Initiate incident investigations, report up in a timely manner, and partake in devising a solution.
* When on location, observe the condition of all NOV equipment, and report any deficiencies accordingly.
* Conduct field installations and calibrations of sensors and systems.
* Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate the system.
* Maintain the highest level of professionalism and work with honesty and integrity, maintaining customer service.
* Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.
* Another duty, responsibility, or task assigned by manager.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
* AA Degree and/or equivalent education with 5+ years' experience preferred.
* Wireline, Fishing, Coil or Completion Tools equivalent: 5+ years preferred.
* Knowledge of oil and gas field components, including software and hardware.
* Strong technical background working with downhole tools utilized in pump down operations, including wireline setting tools, frac plugs, and perforating guns.
* Ability to work in all basin regions in the US.
* Available to work weekends and holidays as needed to support customer field operations.
* Pneumatic and hydraulic background preferred.
* Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
* Electrical background preferred.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Initiative-taking and meticulous.
* Leadership skills.
* Ability to lead and assist other techs and colleagues.
* Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
* Must pass a national background check and a motor vehicle report.
