Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for various projects
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and project management to deliver integrated solutions
  • Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during development, testing, and production phases
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into projects
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $135,000 – $175,000 DOE

Benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; life insurance; supplemental policies; paid time off (PTO); a 401(k) with company match; and paid holidays.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in electrical design, development, and testing
  • Proficiency with electrical CAD software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
