The City of Odessa is seeking a Utilities GIS Intern to support mapping, data management, and infrastructure projects within Utilities Administration.
What You’ll Do- Create and update GIS maps and line features
- Assist with integrating as-built construction data into the GIS system
- Support data entry, mapping updates, and project documentation
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of GIS or mapping tools preferred
- Interest in utilities, mapping, or public service
- College student or recent coursework in GIS, Geography, Engineering, or a related field
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
