An innovative space technology company is seeking an Associate Flight Assurance Engineer to support the quality, reliability and mission success of next-generation spacecraft systems.

• You'll work alongside engineering, manufacturing and programme teams to develop mission assurance processes, perform risk assessments, investigate technical issues and ensure products meet the highest standards for safety, quality and performance.
• Support mission and flight assurance activities across the product lifecycle
• Conduct reliability and risk assessments, including FMEA and root cause investigations
• Develop assurance documentation and compliance plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve quality and manufacturing processes
• Help qualify new products for flight through structured verification and validation activities

• Bachelor s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems Engineering or a related discipline
• 0–3 years  experience in Quality, Reliability, Flight Assurance or Mission Assurance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and technical documentation abilities
• Knowledge of AS9100, NASA or DoD quality standards is advantageous
