This role leads technical sales efforts for artificial lift and downhole pump solutions and combines customer-facing sales leadership with hands-on technical expertise in pump applications and downhole design.
Qualifications include three or more years of experience in artificial lift, downhole pumps, or oilfield production systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required.
Strong leadership and communication skills required, along with a proven ability to interpret well data, diagnose failures, and recommend optimized lift solutions.
