• Service offerings through efficiency initiatives.
• Assist with programs and initiatives to enhance customer experience.
• Configure account structures across the service applications.
• Configure process automation tools to support key business metrics.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Currently enrolled and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college;
  Business or Mechanical Engineering majors preferred.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Good interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve desired results.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, i.e. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status. No relocation assistance provided. Internship is 12 weeks, May 24 - August 13, 2027 Location Houston/Odessa, TX
