Manufacturing and Sales Engineering Lead

Location: Odessa, TX 79766

Work Arrangement: On-site

PRISMECS isseeking a Manufacturing and Sales Engineering Lead to support the connection between manufacturing operations, engineering,and customer-facing commercial activities.

This role willserve as a key technical interface between Manufacturing and Sales/Commercial teams, helping ensure customer requirements and commercial commitments are technically feasible and aligned withPRISMECS' manufacturing capabilities.

The Manufacturing and Sales Engineering Lead will support technical solution development, customer requirements, proposal activities,manufacturing feasibility, estimating, and coordination across internal teams.

• Serveas the technical bridge between Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales/Commercial teams.
• Support the Vice President of Manufacturing with manufacturing engineering priorities and technical requirements.
• Review customer technical specifications, drawings, scopes of work, and project requirements.
• Assistin developing technical solutions that meet customer needs while remaining practical for manufacturing and project execution.
• Provide technical support during the development of proposals, quotations, estimates,and customer presentations.
• Provide technical input for material, equipment, labor, fabrication, and manufacturing estimates.
• Help evaluate new opportunities for technical and manufacturing feasibility before commitments are finalized.
• Identify technical risks, scope gaps, manufacturing constraints, and potential executionchallenges during the proposal and planning stages.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, clarification meetings, and proposal discussions as needed.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Commercial, Project Management, Procurement,and Operations teams.
• Support the transition of awarded opportunities from the sales/proposal stage into manufacturing and project execution.
• Help ensure technical requirements, assumptions, exclusions, and customer commitments are clearly communicated during project handoff.
• Support manufacturing process improvements related to efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness, safety, and delivery.
• Assist with technical reviews, manufacturing feasibility assessments, and engineering evaluations.
• Support development and standardization of technical specifications, procedures,templates, and manufacturing documentation.
• Work collaboratively with suppliers, vendors, customers, and internal teams on technical requirements as needed.
• Provide technical leadership and problem-solving support for assigned opportunities and projects.
• Maintain effective communication between customer-facing teams and internal technical teams.
• Travelto customer, supplier, manufacturing, or project locations as business requirements dictate.
• Perform other related manufacturing, engineering, and technical-commercial responsibilities based on business and project needs.

• Bachelor'sdegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• Equivalent technical education and relevant industry experience may also be considered.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, technical sales, sales engineering, industrial equipment, or a related technical environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
