Attraction Operators and Cashiers

Raprager Family Farms is a family owned and operated farm located in Odessa Florida. We supplement our farm revenue by having the biggest and best festivals in the area. We are currently hiring for our Winter Festival & Christmas Extravaganza. You may qualify to get paid to help us decorate in between those festivals if you so desire. Consistent work is available for those who want to get paid and be part of the holiday joy and festivities.

High School overachievers and retirees looking to make a few extra bucks doing something fun and festive. Whoever you are, please be ready to commit to 5 weekends and one week during Christmas break. The days are November: 26, 27, 28 and December: 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29.

There is nothing more fun than getting to spend the day watching children bounce on our 80’ bounce pillow, slide down a 40’ slide, play in the corn pits or be amazed at the farm animals. This operator has to be assertive and responsible to enforce the rules and keep children or animals safe. The position is outdoors but mostly covered and in the shade.

A friendly disposition is required.

Must be able to be friendly and enforce the rules to keep all people safe. Cashier with POS experience is desirable.
