The City of Odessa is seeking a Finance Intern to support budgeting, financial reporting, and daily operations within the Finance Department.
What You’ll Do:- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and financial records
- Support budget development and reporting processes
- Research and compile financial and statistical data
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting or finance principles
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- 18+ and currently enrolled in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
Gain hands‑on experience in municipal finance and budgeting that directly supports City operations.
