Are you a finance pro ready to shape the future of our City's finances? We're seeking a Budget Manager to lead the development and management of the City's operational budget and ensure fiscal responsibility across departments.
What You'll Do:- Oversee City budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Manage budget policies, procedures, and compliance with regulations
- Advise leadership on funding priorities and financial planning
- Present clear budget reports to the public and City Council
- Supervise and develop a dedicated finance team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 4+ years accounting experience government budgeting preferred
- Strong knowledge of public sector finance principles and forecasting
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
