. This full-time position is located at our Odessa, TX Clinic and offers a $20,000 signing bonus and monthly/quarterly bonus incentives. The role supports the mission to improve the health of America’s workforce, one patient at a time.

Overview

As the Center Therapy Director, you will supervise and provide rehabilitative services for disabled, injured, and diseased patients within the center. You work with Concentra Medical Centers’ Injury Process Management, the rehabilitation philosophy in occupational medicine, and relevant policies, practices, and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Work 100% of the time in the center providing direct patient care and leading by example.
  • Manage key clinical center metrics and hold therapists accountable.
  • Consistently demonstrate all components of the Physical Therapy Guidebook and the Perfect PT visit.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and address outlier cases with staff therapists.
  • Ensure clinical workflows optimize patient capture, referral processing, and scheduling.
  • Execute therapy plans with a focus on early intervention and same-day evaluation.
  • Create a professional and collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork, quality, patient safety, and exceptional outcomes.
  • Work with DTO to identify clinical improvement opportunities.
  • Foster relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through routine communications.
  • Master the use of clinical systems for documentation, coding, charge capture, and follow-through on all patient care orders.
  • Ensure compliance with state practice act, WC regulations, and other applicable rules.
  • Drive patient and client experience and satisfaction metrics.
  • Actively participate in CLT meetings with COD and CMD to improve quality, safety, and business growth.
  • Maintain relationships with center clients and payers and respond to requests within 24 hours.
  • Work with DTO and CLT to manage clinical and support staffing levels and proficiencies.
  • Promote and exemplify Orange Book values for all center colleagues.
  • Develop colleague success through the talent life cycle for staff therapists and PTSS.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, patient and colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and reward and recognition.
  • Lead collaboration within CLT and across disciplines to achieve clinical and business outcomes.
  • Be accountable for understanding and input on center financial drivers (GRV, PI, New Injuries, TAT) to achieve the annual business plan.
  • Promote center initiatives and workflows consistent with other centers.
  • Have financial awareness and provide input to the center budget and key business metrics.
  • Handle confidential and critical information with discretion and secure information management practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid licensure in the jurisdiction where you will practice.
  • Minimum two years of demonstrated clinical experience.
