Provide superior customer service and service standards in pharmacy operations;
Receive, process, and verify prescriptions using RxEVO; manage third-party adjudication;
Coordinate Rx screening events, flu shot scheduling, immunization scheduling, and future events;
Assist with pharmacy operations tasks including recalls, record storage, DSD reconciliation, and returns;
Maintain automated prescription processing equipment (Kirby Lester, Script Pro) and ensure calibration and maintenance
