Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care
Location:
Odessa, TX
Agency: Lancesoft Inc
Pay: $3,000 per week
Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

About the Position
Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including monitoring vitals, administering medications, managing ventilators, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
Active RN license (state or compact)
Minimum 4 years ICU experience
BLS & ACLS certifications
Experience with ventilators, central lines, and critical care equipment
Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork
