Position: Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,234 per week in Odessa, TX

Shift Information:  Nights - 3 days x 12 hours

About the Position

Provide direct patient care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU.

Perform advanced assessments, interpret cardiac monitoring, and manage ventilators.

Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-saving interventions as ordered.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Monitor, document, and promptly respond to changes in patient condition.

Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and recovery processes.

Support other units (MS/Tele, ER) as needed to ensure safe patient care across the hospital.

Requirements

Experience:

Recent ICU/Critical Care RN experience required

Licensure:  Active RN license (state specific or Compact, as applicable)

Certifications:

ACLS –  Required

BLS –  Required

TNCC or TCAR –  Required

NIH Stroke Scale –  Required

6 hrs Stroke Education –  Required (facility can provide if needed)

EKG Course Completion –  Required (facility can provide if needed)
