Description:

The outpatient schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Focus on outpatient setting with possible flexibility to acute care.
Coverage for weekend and holiday shifts in acute care may be required.
The ideal candidate will manage a patient load of 6-8 patients daily, with about 8 visits per day.
Evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education are essential responsibilities.
The candidate should possess skills in various therapy areas, including cardiopulmonary, neurology, and oncology.
Experience in outpatient therapy is crucial, and candidates should be well-versed in assistive devices and therapeutic modalities.
Strong time management skills and the ability to provide effective discharge planning and patient assessments are necessary.
The role may involve working with diverse patient age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Candidates should be familiar with conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, arthritis, and neurological disorders.
The physical therapist is expected to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes.
