Position: Sr Ultrasound Tech OB/GYN - Flexible Hours - Sign-on Bonus

Sr Ultrasound Tech OB/GYN - Flexible Hours – Sign‑on Bonus

Produces two‑dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for use by physicians in the diagnosis of diseases and study of organ dysfunction. Performs all duties under general supervision, functioning independently within established guidelines and procedures. Work is performed in a typical clinic and office setting with moderate noise. Requires extensive patient and physician interaction.

Major/E‑Essential Functions
  • Advanced imaging: conduct detailed first/second‑trimester anatomy scans, fetal echocardiograms, and Doppler studies.
  • High‑risk focus: evaluate complex cases, including multiple gestations (twins, triplets) and identify fetal anomalies (CNS, cardiac, etc.).
  • Procedure assistance: prepare and assist in invasive procedures such as amniocentesis, PUBS, and cervical checks.
  • Preliminary diagnosis: form initial diagnoses of fetal or gynecologic disorders for MFM specialists to review.
  • Patient care: communicate findings, maintain records, and ensure patient comfort during high‑stakes exams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Senior Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Ultrasound Technician with an accredited sonography degree or certificate, RDMS certification preferred in OB/GYN.
  • 2–3+ years experience in high‑risk pregnancies with advanced fetal echocardiography skills.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in a medical or related field from an accredited two‑year college or technical school.
  • RDMS registry in OB/GYN.
  • At least two years of OB/GYN ultrasound experience, or one year from a certified ultrasound program.
