Crisis Response Hospital Liaison

As a Crisis Response Hospital Liaison in Emergency Services at Permia Care, you will provide rapid mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and care coordination for individuals presenting to hospital emergency departments. You will collaborate with medical staff to stabilize patients, develop safety and discharge plans, and ensure linkage to Permia Care and community services.
