Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join the Adult Outpatient team in Odessa. You will provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults with mental health and/or substance use challenges.
Join a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centered, integrated care, with a focus on tools for daily function and wellbeing. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with standard hours Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm.
