Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine

• CNMT or ARRT (N) certification required
• BLS required
• ARRT (N), CNMT, and NMTCB certifications preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the profession required
• Skilled in drawing venous blood, starting and maintaining IVs, and isolation precautions/PPE
• Experience with storing, handling, and disposing of radioactive materials
• License required if applicable

• Hospital-based Nuclear Medicine Tech unit serving adult and pediatric patients
• Nuclear cardiology and general nuclear medicine procedures including bone, brain, liver, renal, thyroid, and SPECT imaging
• Performs stress testing procedures including adenosine infusion, Persantine infusion, pharmacological stress, and thallium stress tests
• Additional procedures include HIDA scans, MUGA scans, PET scans, lung scans, and liver/spleen imaging
• Uses Siemens equipment
• Cerner charting experience preferred
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• On call as needed by facility
• Facility conducts its own onsite drug screening upon arrival, including marijuana testing, with automatic cancellation for positive results
• Candidates should avoid any products, including CBD, that could result in a positive drug screen
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
