Banquet Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of banquet or event management experience
  • Food Handlers
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a team of 3 or more full-time associates
  • Demonstrated experience with scheduling, payroll, and staff evaluation
  • Strong focus on guest service and operational efficiency
Banquet Manager Preferred Background & Skills
  • Experience managing large-scale events or conferences
  • Familiarity with hospitality software for scheduling and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and culinary departments
Banquet Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Oversee all banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown of events
