Position Description & Qualifications F-35 Enterprise IT Services Program Manager

As the Program Manager (PM), you will provide essential leadership and technical guidance for the F-35 Enterprise IT Services contract supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) and associated mission partners. You will be fully responsible for program performance, customer engagement, contract execution, and achieving mission objectives.
In this role, you will be the primary interface with the Government, delivering integrated enterprise IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application support, and Dev Sec Ops services to facilitate secure operations across the F-35 enterprise.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Program Leadership and Governance: Provide overall leadership for contract activities within the F-35 enterprise IT environment. Establish governance structures and performance metrics to ensure alignment with mission priorities.
- Customer Engagement and Strategic Alignment: Act as the main point of contact with Government leadership, providing updates and reviews to stakeholders while aligning services with operational requirements.
- Technical Integration and Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of IT services across various domains including network operations, cybersecurity, and application services, ensuring coordinated operations to maintain mission readiness.
- Performance Management and Quality Assurance: Implement monitoring processes for program performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and managing risks for operational stability.
- Financial and Contract Management: Manage financial performance, including cost control and resource allocation, while ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Workforce Leadership: Lead a diverse technical team, ensuring staffing needs are met and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience supporting DoD programs in enterprise IT or cybersecurity.
- 5+ years of program management experience in leading complex technical programs.
- Active IAT Level II/III certification (8140/8570) and a Secret Security Clearance.
- Demonstrated experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure and application services management.
This role may require up to 25% travel, with the expectation of providing onsite support a minimum of 3 to 5 days per week at our office located in Crystal City/Arlington, Virginia.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in a related field and 15+ years of DoD program experience.
- CISSP, CCNP, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with aviation or weapon system programs like the F-35.
- Background in managing hybrid cloud and Dev Sec Ops practices, and implementing ITIL frameworks.
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
