Receiving Specialist

As a Receiving Specialist, you'll support day-to-day operations of the Store's receiving function. Key responsibilities include receiving and ensuring accuracy of incoming loads, overseeing wareroom activity, ensuring SOP compliance, and ensuring quality of incoming products. You will also ensure communication of vendor stock conditions to management, maintain paperwork file systems, and uphold safety guidelines. Additionally, you will maintain partner and vendor relations.

Qualifications include being 18 years or older, possessing PC skills in MS Office and H-E-B systems, and having initiative. Required certifications include completion of Company Orientation, Basics of Safety, power jack training, Wareroom Manager certification, and Receiving Controller certification upon hire. Physical demands include constantly bending, kneeling, standing, reaching, and squatting, and the ability to lift loads up to 60+ lbs.
