Job Summary:

The Safety Manager is responsible for the maintenance and appearance of all attractions and the facility. The Safety Manager will assist with repairing and maintaining the park and associated equipment. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated and can work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and parts inventory.
• Assist with the repair of equipment, troubleshoot issues, and maintain park attractions in superior working order.
• Maintain work area and back‑end in a neat and orderly manner.
• Maintain adequate supply of tools and machinery.
• Read and interpret diagnostics from manuals.
• Maintain a safe work environment and assist managers to ensure staff adheres to all safety rules.
• Advise General Manager on any problems and potential problems discovered during maintenance of attractions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Work various shifts with regular attendance required.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; minimum of one year related experience and/or training.
• Some knowledge of amusement equipment preferred but not required.
• Work flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays as needed).
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools & repairs.
• General knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.

• Work in noisy, fast‑paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Move throughout facility and stand for long periods of time (>60%).
• Position requires standing, kneeling, bending, walking, reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling.
• Requires lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 300 lbs (with assistance).
• Ability to wear personal protective gear.
• Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, climb, and use hands and fingers to operate various tools.
