The City of Odessa is seeking a Street Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise daily street maintenance operations, lead crews, and ensure job-site safety while operating heavy equipment.
This role requires 2+ years of experience with heavy equipment, a valid Texas CDL Class A with Tanker Endorsement, and the ability to work outdoors and respond to 24/7 callouts. You will train staff, monitor performance, and respond to emergencies while completing daily reports.
