On offer is the chance to take ownership of the Permian Basin region, manage and grow local sales teams, and drive revenue through strategic account development and regional leadership.
This would suit a skilled Sales Manager looking to step up into a key role in a national company offering progression, bonuses, great benefits and an employee stock ownership plan.
The Role:- Own and grow regional revenue across West Texas and New Mexico
- Provide senior-level account management for key customers
- Travel within the region for customer meetings as required
- Proven track record in the Midland/Odessa oil & gas market
- Extensive existing customer network in the Permian Basin
- People management and team leadership experience
