Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Odessa, TX. The Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that team members meet performance goals, and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing schedules, supervising staff, overseeing tasks, solving operational challenges, and fostering collaboration among team members. The role also involves ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors.

- Leadership qualities, including team management, conflict resolution, and motivation
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to maintain client and team relationships

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
- Prior experience in management or supervisory roles is a plus
