This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Odessa, TX. The Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that team members meet performance goals, and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing schedules, supervising staff, overseeing tasks, solving operational challenges, and fostering collaboration among team members. The role also involves ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors.
