Responsibilities

Related is seeking a Property Manager to assist with the day‑to‑day operations of our beautiful market‑rate housing community – Brookview, totaling 194 units, in Odess, TX.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise all marketing, leasing and administrative functions
  • Direct oversight of accounts payables/receivables
  • Hire, train and evaluate all office and maintenance staff
  • Tenant/landlord relations and conflict resolution
  • Collect security deposits and rents, and institute proper procedures against delinquent accounts
  • Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance operations
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting
  • Develop and maintain property financial budget
  • Special projects as assigned

Compensation

Base salary of $55,963.56 with the option of a free 2 bedroom (950 sqft) apartment!

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of property management experience
  • Must understand operating statements and financial budgets
  • Comprehensive understanding of credits/debits/re‑classes and accruals
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Real Page One Site and JD Edwards (or similar software program)
  • Previous direct supervisory experience is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
