Responsibilities
Related is seeking a Property Manager to assist with the day‑to‑day operations of our beautiful market‑rate housing community – Brookview, totaling 194 units, in Odess, TX.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise all marketing, leasing and administrative functions
- Direct oversight of accounts payables/receivables
- Hire, train and evaluate all office and maintenance staff
- Tenant/landlord relations and conflict resolution
- Collect security deposits and rents, and institute proper procedures against delinquent accounts
- Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance operations
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting
- Develop and maintain property financial budget
- Special projects as assigned

Base salary of $55,963.56 with the option of a free 2 bedroom (950 sqft) apartment!
Qualifications- 3+ years of property management experience
- Must understand operating statements and financial budgets
- Comprehensive understanding of credits/debits/re‑classes and accruals
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Real Page One Site and JD Edwards (or similar software program)
- Previous direct supervisory experience is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
