Position Overview
This high-potential General Manager role is designed for ambitious leaders ready to excel in managing a full travel center while being fast‑tracked to District Manager. Key Responsibilities- Oversee all travel center operations: retail sales, QSR/food service, fuel, inventory, cleanliness, and safety.
- Deliver exceptional guest service, drive sales/upsell, and build customer loyalty.
- Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and develop team members in a high‑energy environment.
- Manage P&L: control labor/inventory costs, optimize expenses, and achieve profitability targets.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, food handling, company policies, and regulations.
- Maintain high facility standards and implement operational improvements.
- Analyze performance metrics to boost efficiency, sales, and guest satisfaction.
- 3–5+ years high‑volume convenience store district management or travel center general management.
- Proven P&L management, team leadership, and sales growth results.
- Flexible availability for 24/7 operations (nights/weekends/holidays).
