Job Summary
Coordinates equipment assimilation between slab, yard, trucking, management, sales, and the customer under the general direction of the Assistant District/Location Manager.
Core Responsibilities- Dispatch/Clerical work operating and coordinating the operational system.
- Make decisions based on established policies and procedures.
- Receive, relay, and transmit routing of calls from customers and sales.
- Maintain a log of telephone calls and other pertinent information.
- Maintain incident reports of complaints, and prepare and type a variety of reports.
- Coordinate equipment assimilation between slab, trucking, and yard personnel.
- Create delivery tickets in RTMS system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
