Ob/Gyn Unit Manager Odessa

Manages a unit within a department. Plans, organizes, and develops goals and procedures for the unit. Represents the unit to administrators, outside agencies, and others on relevant matters. Supervises subordinate staff.

• Staff management:
  Hiring, training, mentoring and performing evaluations for clinical staff (Patient Services Staff).
• Operational oversight: managing day-to-day operations, optimizing patient flow, and implementing standard operating procedures.
• Quality and compliance: ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (state, federal) to include HIPAA compliance.
• Financial compliance: managing departmental budgets, monitoring expenses, and controlling costs.
• Clinical workflow:
  Enhance optimization of clinical workflow and scheduling.
• Patient advocate.

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Prior experience managing clinical office

• Bachelor's degree
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience OR a combination of education and/or supervisory experience to equal seven years.

Travel Required:

Up to 25%

Pay Grade Maximum: $5,833.33

Pay Grade Minimum: $4,333.33

Pay Basis:
Monthly

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
