• Oversee all aspects of daily business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of employees to meet performance goals
• Monitor and manage budgets, financial reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Drive sales strategies and identify opportunities for revenue growth
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as needed

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
• Proficiency in business operations software and reporting tools
• 50 to 52 hours weekly
