• Minimum 4 years rig experience as a Driller for Nabors Drilling USA or 3 years as a Rig Manager for another drilling company
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
• Advanced mechanical knowledge of rotary equipment, mud circulating systems, and well shut-in procedures
• Ability to wear respiratory protective devices
• Reliable transportation to and from the rig
• Ability to work 7 or 14 days on and 7 or 14 days off, including holidays and weekends
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 35 lbs
• General knowledge of safety and environmental regulations

• High school diploma or recognized equivalent
• AC and/or SCR Rig experience
• Completion of Certified Supervisory Well Control course (unexpired)
• First Aid and CPR training
