Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing and machining industry preferred. 2+ years experience in quality control (repair shop)
- Strong work ethic; conscientious and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of NDE (Non-Destructive Examination) inspection methods;
Level II qualification preferred. - Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other dimensional measurement devices.
- Ability to accurately perform dimensional checks and record results.

No direct impact on revenue, bookings, or other financial metrics. - This role supports the manufacturing and inspection process by ensuring product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Candidates must be capable of performing the following essential physical requirements:
- Sit for extended periods of time.
- Lift up to 25 pounds from floor to waist.
- Perform single-handed carry of up to 15 pounds.
- Perform two-handed carry of up to 50 pounds.
- Operate motor vehicles with a valid driver s license.
- Walk on various terrain as required.
- Maintain adequate depth perception and color vision/perception for inspection tasks.
- Environment:
Indoor, potential outdoor if Forklift certified. - PPE will be provided coveralls, protective eye-wear, steel-toed boots, hard hat.
- This position requires individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently within a manufacturing environment. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are critical to success in this role.
