Domino's - - Responsibilities:
Receiving truck deliveries and examining products for damage or missing goods;
Dating, rotating, and storing products received on the same day of delivery;
Pulling data for prepping needs for a 48 hour period;
Prepping products according to Dominos Standards;
Proofing dough for a 24 hour period, dating and re-cooling;
Maintaining proper temperature of products while prepping;
Checking temperatures of all refrigeration units;
Dating all products according to Dominos dating standards;
Preparing all cooking PRPs (sandwich mats and papered pans);
Maintaining sanitation of prep area and any areas where food may be exposed to contamination;
Restocking dipping cups, soda machines, and boxes;
Reporting safety hazards and maintenance needs
