Seeking a Manual Lathe Operator for a well-established company!
Job duties include:
- Will operate manual lathes to perform premium threading and other machining operations
- Execute tubing threading and other shop machining jobs according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining
- Follow established safety procedures and quality standards during all operations
- Assist with machine lockout/tagout procedures when required
- Perform routine machine maintenance such as checking cooling fluids and making minor machine adjustments
- Update production and job status in internal tracking systems
- Maintain clean and organized work area in accordance with shop safety standards
- Experience operating a manual lathe machine
