This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationwide Oil & Gas company in Odessa, TX. Pay Rate: $19 – $24/hour (depending on experience) Rotation: 10 days on / 4 days off

Shift: 12-hour shifts (day or night)

We are currently hiring a Lab Technician to support laboratory testing and chemical operations in Odessa, TX. This role offers hands-on experience in a lab environment, with a strong focus on safety, documentation, and testing procedures. Ideal for candidates looking to grow in the energy sector with technical skills in lab processes and equipment handling.

• Become familiar with the Chemical Hygiene Plan and current HSE laboratory safety standards
• Follow all prescribed safety rules and regulations during lab operations
• Conduct prototype or laboratory tests using established procedures
• Assist in building test equipment and performing basic material/environmental tests
• Operate equipment involving electrical, chemical, and mechanical components
• Document all test data accurately and maintain proper records
• Support file management and reporting related to test equipment and results.

• Some previous lab or technical experience preferred
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical, chemical, or mechanical tools is a plus
• Must be reliable and able to work rotating shifts, including nights.
