Laboratory Technician
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable results to customers.
Requirement/Must Have:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Able to lift 50lbs occasionally.
- Basic Microsoft Office experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work as a team player.
- Perform limited routine laboratory tasks with moderate supervision.
- Run oil field samples and learn basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Use and maneuver through lab software (LIMS).
- Be detail-oriented when entering lab data.
- Demonstrate ability to work as an integral member of the team.
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Ensure that laboratory equipment is in clean, working condition and that waste is regularly disposed of.
- Maintain standard turnaround times and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.
