Machinist; Day Shift

the machinist plays a critical role in manufacturing by operating and maintaining precision machine tools to produce high-quality metal parts and components. specific tasks and duties:

• set up, operate, and maintain cnc machines to fabricate precision parts according to specifications.
• read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
• perform precision measuring and inspection of finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machine tools to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• deburr and finish machined parts to meet quality and safety standards before final assembly or shipment.

minimum qualifications:
