Inventory Coordinator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Coordinate and perform daily cycle counts.

* Responsible for understanding the process for the supply, storage and accessibility of inventory items.

* Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by manager.

* 5S and housekeeping tasks as required by procedures.

* Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

* Conduct receiving, sorting, and distribution of inventory components from incoming shipments.

* Load and unload trucks.

* Verify that all incoming and outgoing material conforms to local and corporate quality procedures.

* Maintain inventory accuracy by placing and taking inventory out of proper locations.

* Properly fill out paperwork for internal and external customers.

* Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.

* Assure that inventory is processed accurately and in a timely manner including but not limited to stock pull, issuing goods, and shipping material.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

* High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.

* 1+ Years working in a Warehouse/shop related environment preferred.

* 1+ Years shipping and receiving experience is a plus, but not required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Work schedule will vary to cover days and nights and will be set by manager.

* Will be required to be on an on call schedule set by manager.

* Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment at times.

* Learn to operate various types of fork lift devices and cranes.

* Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.

* Able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
