Forklift Operator

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your primary responsibility will be to handle the movement of products and materials within our shop and yard , ensuring a seamless flow of goods. You will work closely with our team, providing support and assistance as needed, and adhering to all HSE, Quality, and HR guidelines.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring accurate and timely receipt and shipment.
• Collaborate with the shop crew, offering assistance and support during daily operations.
• Follow all HSE protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Comply with quality standards and procedures to ensure product integrity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a safe and efficient workflow.
• Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with the team, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all HR policies and procedures, promoting a positive work culture.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification and relevant experience.
• Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with the team.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Basic understanding of HSE and quality standards.
• Willingness to undergo additional training as required.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
